Facilities

Art and Design courses are delivered in a purpose built art and design building at the Harrow Weald Campus. You will work in specialist studios, with up to date resources and computers in all rooms, enabling you to access the internet to research the work of artists and designers. All lessons take place in subject specific studios for 2D, 3D, Graphics, Photography, Ceramics and Computer Graphics.

Media and Music Technology students have access to a brand new Apple Mac suite with the latest software, with facilities including:

• 7 edit suites with Apple Mac Pro computers, Final Cut Studio, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, Color, Compressor, DVD Studio Pro and Adobe CS4
• Computer rooms with multimedia software installed. Adobe CS4
• Fuji Fine Pix Digital stills cameras
• Canon XM2, Panasonic and Sony digital video cameras
• Professional lighting kits
• Digital audio recorders
• Sennheiser microphones
• Audio recording facilities
• Media rooms with video projectors connected to DVD/VHS playback and PCs
• Green screen room with professional lighting rig for green screen filming and experimental film presentations.
